Therapy That Fits Your Budget

You’ve thought about starting therapy. Then you’ve looked at the cost.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or tired of managing everything on your own. But with rent, groceries, and everything else adding up, therapy keeps getting pushed to “later.”

Our Affordable Therapy Program offers lower-cost sessions with supervised student therapists.

✓ In-Person & Online Therapy Available

✓ Individual sessions: $75 for 50 minutes

✓ Free 15-minute consultations | Evenings & Weekend Times Open

You Keep Saying “I’ll Deal With It Later.”

A man sitting on a brown leather couch against a dark gray wall, resting with his hand on his forehead.

Maybe you’re…

  • Overthinking things other people seem to brush off

  • Keeping up with responsibilities, then crashing when you’re alone

  • Struggling with focus, motivation, or getting started

  • Saying yes because disappointing someone feels worse

  • Getting pulled into the same relationship or family patterns

  • Putting off therapy because there’s always another expense

You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart to talk about what’s taking a toll.

Less Guesswork. Clear Pricing.

What Does a Lower Fee Actually Mean?

You’ll work with a student therapist completing graduate-level clinical training and receiving ongoing clinical supervision.

Your sessions focus on you: what’s been happening, what you want help with, and what you’d like to change. Your therapist brings their developing skills, preparation, and supervisory support to that work.

A free consultation gives you a chance to ask questions and see whether their approach feels right.

Areas We Can Help With

  • A woman sitting on a couch using a laptop and holding a credit card in her hand.

    Anxiety & Overthinking

The constant what-ifs, replaying conversations, and feeling like you can’t switch your brain off.

  • A young woman with shoulder-length light brown hair and fair skin, standing outdoors in a park with trees and greenery in the background, wearing a gray tank top and a black bracelet on her right wrist.

    Low Mood & Feeling Stuck

When everyday things take more effort, motivation is low, or you haven’t felt like yourself lately.

  • A planner with a busy to do list and a mug and two pens on the table

    ADHD & Everyday Overwhelm

Difficulty getting started, keeping up, managing emotions, or feeling good about yourself when things keep slipping.

  • Four women sitting around a wooden table in a small outdoor patio playing cards, with plants and windows in the background.

    Self-Esteem & Self-Doubt

Second-guessing your decisions, comparing yourself to others, or feeling like you’re always falling short.

  • Silhouette of a woman with hands on her shoulders and head, backlit by a window, creating a shadowed face.

    Boundaries & People-Pleasing

Saying yes when you want to say no, feeling responsible for everyone, and struggling to make room for your own needs.

  • candle flame in dark background.

    Grief & Loss

Missing someone, adjusting to an ending, or carrying a loss that others don’t seem to understand.

  • Season of fall. One tree has already changed color with red leaves while the other one is changing color.

    Identity & Life Changes

Starting over, changing direction, becoming a parent, adjusting to a diagnosis or wondering what you want your life to look like.

  • Person with dark hair reading a book while lying in bed with blue and white patterned bedding, a glass of milk on the nightstand.

    Stress & Burnout

Running on empty, struggling to switch off, or feeling like everyone needs something from you when you have little left to give.

Let's Figure It Out Together

You don’t need to know where to start. Bring what’s been on your mind, & we’ll start there.

A young man with curly hair and glasses, smiling with closed eyes, hugging himself, wearing a yellow sweater against a yellow background.

Together, we can:

  • Make sense of what’s weighing on you

  • Understand patterns keeping you stuck

  • Find practical ways to manage overwhelm

  • Express your needs and set boundaries

  • Work toward changes that matter to you

You don’t need the right words to begin.
