“Sometimes the smallest steps in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life” – Emma Stone

Hi! I’m Brianah!

I am passionate about supporting others by offering a warm, authentic, and compassionate space to explore life’s challenges. Witnessing the meaningful impact of mental health support is what led me to pursue a career in psychotherapy. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and use strengths they already possess to create the change they desire.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change when provided with the right support and tools. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, and where we can work collaboratively toward meaningful, and lasting change.

My Approach To Therapy

My approach is grounded in creating a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable and genuinely understood. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as we explore your experiences and strengths together. I draw from different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs, offering gentle challenges when helpful to support your growth. Along the way, I aim to equip you with practical tools, so you can feel more confident, capable, and supported in your day-to-day life.

What to Expect in Sessions

Everyone has unique life experiences and, therefore, deserves a personalized therapy experience that suits their needs. In our sessions together, you can expect to set achievable goals aligned with your personalized journey, explore your emotions, discuss coping strategies, and learn practical skills to help you navigate personal challenges. I aim to create sessions that foster insight, self-compassion and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. As the expert of your own life and experiences, aim to take a person-centred approach to our sessions.

A Little About Me!

How I Want You to Feel After a Session

I want you to walk away from each session feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and more connected to yourself. Not like everything is magically “fixed,” but like things make a bit more sense and feel more manageable. My hope is that you leave with at least one thing that sticks — a new perspective, a small shift, or a tool you can actually use in your day-to-day life. Most importantly, I want you to feel like you can be fully yourself here — no pressure, no judgment, just a space where you can show up as you are and figure things out at your own pace. You don’t have to have it all together — we’ll work through it, together.

“You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously” – Sophia Bush
