At Tranquillum Holistic Therapy & Wellness, we deeply value the client-therapist relationship, as research highlights it as a crucial factor in successful therapy. To ensure the best fit, our practice offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation with one of our therapists. This consultation allows you to explore how our approach aligns with your needs.
If you and the therapist agree that you’re a good match, we’ll schedule an initial assessment session. During this session, you’ll have the chance to openly discuss the reasons for seeking therapy, as well as your goals and expectations for the therapeutic process.
I’m not sure which approach (Neurodivergence Affirming, CBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.) is right for me.

We have a range where affordable therapy with student therapists starts at $75 and therapy with more seasoned therapists is $175. Limited sliding scale slots are available. Students also provide sliding scale slots to those in need.

Yes. If your extended benefits provide coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist, weare able to provide a receipt upon payment of session that the client is able to claim from their provider.
