A Registered Psychotherapist with a warm, down-to-earth approach. My work is collaborative and practical, focused on what truly supports you. I work with adults and children experiencing anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges, with a special focus on the lasting impact of childhood trauma. Healing old wounds can help you break unhelpful patterns, feel more grounded, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.

My Approach To Therapy

My approach integrates EMDR, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT to help you make sense of what’s happening in your inner world and take steps that feel meaningful.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic, protector, or wounded child. By fostering compassion and curiosity toward these parts, IFS helps you reconnect with your core Self and create more harmony, balance, and self-acceptance from within

EFFT (Emotion Focused Family Therapy) helps strengthen emotional bonds between parents and children by exploring the feelings and needs underneath behavior. It supports caregivers in responding with empathy and confidence, creating deeper connection and trust while helping families navigate conflict and stress more effectively.
