Hi! I’m Juliana!
A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Tranquillium Holistic Therapy & Wellness. I offer therapy that’s rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that every person has inner strengths — even when they feel hard to see. I strive to offer a space where clients feel free to show up just as they are, without masks or pretenses — and leave feeling empowered and more connected to their values and strengths.
I work with youth and adults ages 16 to 80 who are navigating neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, aging-related concerns, gender identity exploration, and communication or self-esteem challenges. Together, we will explore not just what feels difficult — but also what feels possible. Whether you're looking to build confidence, feel more grounded, heal from your past, or simply feel more like yourself, I’m here to support you in that journey.
My Approach To Therapy
-
Helping you move toward your values while building emotional flexibility. I work with you to access your value-centred life style.
-
I help you identify and shift self-defeating beliefs into healthier, more empowering thoughts.
-
Supporting you through anxiety and compulsions using evidence-based exposure tools.
-
Honoring the power of your story and helping you reclaim authorship of your life.
-
Encouraging deep self-awareness through present-moment experiences and dialogue.
I work from a strengths-based and collaborative lens, drawing from a range of modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs:
What to Expect in Sessions
Everyone has their own journey, and since there is no one-size-fits-all all approach to therapy, I tailor all of my sessions to be specific to the client and their unique needs. You can expect to feel seen, cared for, and supported. If you are looking to make a change in your life, we will work collaboratively to set achievable goals, while also creating a safe and judgement-free space.
-
No pressure, no judgment — just a place to breathe and be real.
